We’re tackling the might of Marvel’s biggest movie yet on this week’s Popcorn Muncher Podcast, hosted by Patrick Wilson, with Luke Stevenson and Tom Beasley – editor of The Popcorn Muncher.

We, of course, take a good look at Avengers: Infinity War with a spoiler-free analysis of Marvel’s mega-blockbuster. There will be a spoiler-filled podcast next week, but for now we’re keeping things vague as we let you know whether the Russo Brothers have pulled off the enormous balancing act required to make the film work. Away from the world of superheroes smashing things up, we also find the time to review The Guernsey Literary and Potato Society, starring Lily James, and Jersey-set thriller Beast, which features a tremendous performance from Jessie Buckley.

Before all of that, though, we round-up the week’s movie news, including the first full trailer for Venom, the news that Marvel is working on a movie outing for the Eternals and the surprise revelation that Aardman Animation is set to make a sequel to Chicken Run. And then, at the very end, Tom leads a quiz on the world of high school movies.
