Every movie fan has blindspots, no matter how educated they claim to be in the ways of the cinema. I helped to repair some of my own cinephile knowledge gaps this week by watching a double bill of two of Alfred Hitchcock‘s most revered films in Rear Window and Vertigo. I also showed one of the co-hosts of The Popcorn Muncher Podcast Mary Poppins – a classic they hadn’t seen.

Movie fan blindspots are something we’ve all got and, no matter how ashamed we are, we should be willing to talk about them. With that in mind, I want to hear your biggest blindspots?
