Kenneth Branagh‘s facial fuzz takes centre stage on this week’s Popcorn Muncher Podcast, hosted by Patrick Wilson, with Luke Stevenson and Tom Beasley – editor of The Popcorn Muncher.

We review Branagh’s enjoyable take on a classic mystery in Murder on the Orient Express, which boasts a star-studded cast of A-list talent. There’s also time to chat about Yorgos Lanthimos‘s aggressively weird horror movie The Killing of a Sacred Deer and A Bad Moms Christmas, which was clearly created by people whose grasp of comic timing is as bad as their grasp of calendars.

In the news, we chat about Rian Johnson‘s new trilogy of Star Wars movies and the first trailer for Steven Spielberg‘s surefire awards season heavyweight The Post, which unites acting titans Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks. We also discuss the last minute decision to reshoot parts of prestige drama All the Money in the World in order to erase Kevin Spacey.

To round things off, Luke scrapes the barrel for yet another quiz about films from a decade ago.
